I’ve had the extraordinary opportunity to help shape the messaging and branding of some of the most innovative biotech startups and blockbuster pharmaceutical brands. As a boutique agency owner and freelance ACD pharma writer for the last 15 years, I am now looking to transition back into a full time role at a large healthcare communications agency.

For the last 15 years I’ve been quietly helping pharmaceutical agencies such as Mccann Health, Klick, MedThink, Inventiv (now Syneos Health), Scout Marketing (now Concentric Life) and others write copy, develop messaging and strategies, and create memorable campaigns for their most important clients and pitches.

From client facing to behind the scenes supervision and nitty gritty content development, I’m happy to work individually or as fully integrated member of a larger team.

By skillfully communicating the benefits of life-saving therapies to physicians and patients, we raise awareness, enhance disease education, and help unlock the full potential of the latest advancements in medicine.

From initial messaging and claims work (yes, even annotating) to strategic, technical, or creative writing for all manner of print and digital tactics, I am equally comfortable writing for high science oncology brands, traditional pharma, or even consumer-facing cosmetic brands. My goal is to find the right words, the right tone of voice, and the right messages to help craft the most compelling brand story.

Art

While I'm not an art director by trade, I am a photographer and have worked with so many talented artists and graphic designers for so long now that surely some of that talent has rubbed off on me. I love pushing designs and concepts for maximal impact and stopping power, while helping my art partners translate brand messages and data into compelling visuals.
